How mobile entry works
1. Open the email
Right after checkout, CheerTix sends your tickets to the email on the order. Open it on your phone and tap “View tickets”.
2. Show the QR code
Each ticket has its own QR. Turn screen brightness up and hold it under the scanner — you'll get a green check when entry is recorded.
3. Save to your wallet (optional)
Tap “Add to Apple Wallet” or “Save to Google Wallet” for one-tap access on your lock screen as the event starts.
Lost the email?
Search your inbox for "CheerTix", then check spam and promotions. Still missing? Request a resend from your order confirmation, or reach out to the event producer with your order number.
Safe to share?
Each QR scans once. Only send tickets to people you trust — whoever scans first uses the ticket.

Where do I find my CheerTix mobile ticket?+

Can I add my ticket to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet?+
Yes. On the ticket page, tap “Add to Apple Wallet” (iPhone) or “Save to Google Wallet” (Android). Your pass appears on your lock screen as the event approaches.
What do I do at the door?+

I can't find my email — what now?+
Check spam and promotions folders for “CheerTix”. If it's not there, request a resend from the link in your purchase confirmation, or contact the event producer with your order number.
Can I transfer tickets to a friend?+
Yes — forward the ticket email or share the ticket link. Whoever scans first uses the ticket, so only send to people you trust.
My phone is dead at the gate. Can I still get in?+
Most venues can look you up by name and order number at the box office. Bring a photo ID matching the buyer name on the order.
