Is CheerTix cheaper than ShowClix?+
Yes on every ticket priced $20 or higher. CheerTix charges $1.50 + 2% per ticket plus Stripe (2.9% + $0.30). ShowClix charges $1.50 + 4% plus a 2.5% processing surcharge. On a $25 ticket the gap is small (~5¢); on a $75 ticket it's about $1.40 per fan.
Can I switch mid-season?+
Yes. CheerTix onboarding takes under a day, and we'll help you migrate active events. The only constraint is your venue contract — if it requires ShowClix specifically, you can keep them there and use CheerTix for the rest of your competitions.
Does CheerTix support reserved seating?+
Yes, for the venue layouts cheer and dance comps actually use (sections + rows, table seating, parent VIP). We don't try to compete with ShowClix on opera-house seat-by-seat diagrams.
What about livestream — do I still need a separate platform?+
